Senior Technical Product Manager, Learning Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical execution and realization of the roadmap for an AI-driven, context-aware Tier 1 HQIM learning pathways ecosystem.

• Oversee the technical product lifecycle of the AI curation engine, external data ingestion pipelines, and adaptive recommendation algorithms.

• Collaborate with teams in product management, engineering architecture, UX/LD, research, and data analysis within the Learning Intelligence Infrastructure framework.

• Develop a dynamic system that connects data from supplemental curricula, core curricula, and assessment systems.

• Support the platform engineering roadmap while contributing technical specifications for interoperability and identity workflows.

• Act as Technical Product PM Lead and operational partner for the Learning Intelligence Infrastructure Initiative.

• Convert architectural requirements, learner profiles, and data requirements into actionable platform roadmaps.

• Transform interoperability, report metrics, and data mappings into technical product backlogs.

• Facilitate alignment among design, curriculum/content integration, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, explainable, and privacy-conscious systems.

• Define use cases, success criteria, guardrails, and phased implementation strategies for AI-driven capabilities.

• Analyze outcomes and support decisions regarding technical improvements to learner profiles, recommendation systems, and predictive growth models.

• Manage technical product planning and execution, aligning business objectives with technical solutions.

• Create platform capability roadmaps, mediate product decisions, and set iterative goals.

• Clarify business use cases and translate vague stakeholder needs into product specifications.

• Coordinate cross-departmental participation and organize feedback.

• Incorporate customer inquiries, suggestions, and issues into product backlogs and enhancement strategies.

• Identify and coordinate responses to program and delivery risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in technical product management, including at least 3 years leading data science initiatives utilizing machine learning or highly algorithmic data products.

• Proven ability to provide credible leadership to engineering teams, translating technical schemas and system architectures into product specifications, roadmaps, and integration sequencing.

• Experience implementing agentic AI systems for customer-facing product experiences.

• Direct experience in integrating data between platforms while collaborating with cross-functional governance structures to uphold data quality standards, metadata validation, and interoperability policies.

• Demonstrated capability to write clear and concise technical requirements and documentation.

• Ability to distill information into concise, actionable communications to address complex technical decisions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capacity to motivate and lead across organizational boundaries and titles, employing persuasion, negotiation, and compromise to resolve conflicts.

• Ability to adapt to evolving business objectives and priorities in a rapidly growing company.

• Results-oriented and action-driven lifelong learner.

• Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed for remote work.

• Ability to actively engage in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with the camera on.
