This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with an external software development organization as part of Inviso’s delivery team.
• Develop the roadmap, requirements, and delivery methodology for an enterprise AI platform.
• Establish the product wedge, requirements, roadmap, acceptance criteria, and stage-gate process for platform functionalities.
• Integrate customer discovery, business value, product strategy, engineering feasibility, and delivery execution.
• Engage with executives, product leaders, engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and design partners.
• Recruit or oversee design partners and gather customer feedback.
• Transform customer insights into actionable product decisions.
• Manage roadmap trade-offs involving product velocity, platform leverage, technical risk, and customer value.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on sequencing, architectural trade-offs, delivery planning, and scope decisions.
• Document decisions, assumptions, gaps, customer feedback, and readiness for delivery.
• Maintain the team's focus on priorities and ensure that product decisions align with business value, customer needs, and engineering realities.
• Assist engineering teams in delivering high-value platform capabilities.
• Proven experience in owning requirements, roadmap, scope, or delivery strategy for a technical product, platform, API, infrastructure, or developer-facing solution.
• Capability to convert customer and stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized, and testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated experience managing roadmap trade-offs among product velocity, platform leverage, technical risk, and customer value.
• Proficiency in defining and executing stage-gate, phase-gate, or milestone-based delivery processes.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams on sequencing, architectural trade-offs, delivery planning, and scope decisions.
• Background in recruiting or managing design partners, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to document decisions, assumptions, gaps, customer feedback, and delivery readiness in a clear and organized manner.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to articulate product strategy, progress, risks, and impacts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suitable for client-facing consulting environments.
• Pragmatic decision-making skills with the capacity to prioritize value, eliminate or defer scope, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Experience with AI platforms, AI development lifecycle, data products, API platforms, infrastructure products, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of shipping a platform or API product adopted by design partners or internal product teams.
• Experience conducting customer discovery in complex operational or regulated environments.
• Background in supporting enterprise-scale software with reliability, security, compliance, and integration requirements.
• Experience in federated product environments where multiple teams manage their own roadmaps.
• Familiarity with using AI-assisted productivity tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and product delivery.
