This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with an external software development organization as part of Inviso’s delivery team.
• Develop the roadmap, requirements, and delivery framework for an enterprise AI platform.
• Establish the product wedge, requirements, roadmap, acceptance criteria, and stage-gate process for platform functionalities.
• Integrate customer insights, business value, product strategy, engineering feasibility, and execution of delivery.
• Oversee scope, sequencing, and phase-gate decisions.
• Engage with executives, product leaders, engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and design partners.
• Ensure a clear product direction, disciplined scope management, relevant phase gates, customer validation, and high-value platform delivery.
• Proven experience in owning requirements, roadmap, scope, or delivery strategy for a technical product, platform, API, infrastructure, or developer-focused solution.
• Capability to convert customer and stakeholder needs into clear, prioritized, and testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in managing roadmap trade-offs concerning product velocity, platform leverage, technical risk, and customer value.
• Proficiency in defining and executing stage-gate, phase-gate, or milestone-based delivery processes.
• Background in collaborating directly with engineering teams on sequencing, architectural trade-offs, delivery planning, and scope decisions.
• Experience in recruiting or managing design partners, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to document decisions, assumptions, gaps, customer feedback, and delivery readiness in a clear and organized manner.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to articulate product strategy, progress, risks, and impacts.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities suitable for client-facing consulting environments.
• Pragmatic decision-making skills with the capacity to prioritize value, defer or eliminate scope, and maintain momentum in delivery.
• Desired: Experience with AI platforms, AI development lifecycle, data products, API platforms, infrastructure products, or developer tools.
• Desired: Proven experience in launching a platform or API product embraced by design partners or internal product teams.
• Desired: Experience in conducting customer discovery within complex operational or regulated environments.
• Desired: Background in supporting enterprise-scale software with requirements for reliability, security, compliance, and integration.
• Desired: Experience in federated product environments where multiple teams manage their own roadmaps.
• Desired: Familiarity with using AI-assisted productivity tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and product delivery.
