
Senior Technical Product Manager, Provider Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of capability design and definition for the management of incentive programs.
• Develop the configuration of programs, calculate and track performance, and communicate results to providers.
• Lead capability design and definition for provider activation, including onboarding for providers and practices, provisioning, and platform setup.
• Design and document workflows, business rules, edge cases, and data requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery by writing specifications, managing the backlog, tracking progress, and removing obstacles for engineering.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, providers, and practice staff to validate designs and address real-world problems.
• Effectively navigate ambiguity and identify unresolved requirements.
• Facilitate scope discussions with stakeholders, ranging from engineers to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams, including regular early-morning sessions with offshore teams.
• Assume responsibility for additional platform capability areas as assigned.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning a capability or product area from start to finish.
• Proven ability to define detailed product requirements and create build-ready specifications.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress without complete specifications.
• Hands-on approach with attention to details, workflows, and edge cases.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed or offshore engineering teams, with schedule flexibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare technology, particularly in value-based care, risk adjustment, or quality measurement, including HEDIS or Stars.
• Preferred: Background in provider-facing onboarding, credentialing, or activation workflows.
• Preferred: Experience in designing incentive, performance, or payment programs.
