Technical Product Manager – Healthcare Technology Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Manage backlog prioritization and requirements effectively.

• Act as the key point of contact between executive leadership, customers, operations, and engineering teams.

• Convert business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications.

• Engage in discussions related to architecture, integration, APIs, and solution design.

• Assist in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management processes.

• Provide support for technical analysis, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Lead the collection of customer feedback and analyze support tickets for ongoing product enhancement.

• Oversee product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and the execution of the roadmap for the development team.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and the overall success of product development.

• Balance strategic vision with technical expertise to ensure product excellence from conception to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise software products.

• Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies.

• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Java and Spring Boot technology stack.

• Proficient in REST APIs, SQL, Azure, and microservices.

• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best practices.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability is an advantage.
