This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for various segments of the Body AI portfolio, including healthcare, sports, and retail.
• Convert unclear domain workflows, computer vision functionalities, and data pipelines into precise specifications, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and architectural choices, considering scope and sequencing trade-offs.
• Establish and monitor success metrics, utilizing product analytics to guide prioritization decisions.
• Work closely with clinicians, sports scientists, retail and apparel partners, design teams, and leadership.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and definition to delivery and post-launch iterations.
• Develop and refine product processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Effectively communicate the roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management with direct, continuous collaboration with engineering teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in computer vision, machine learning, or 3D/spatial data products, or prior hands-on experience in software engineering and/or data architecture.
• Capability to comprehend and analyze technical architecture, including system design, data flow, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, technically challenging products from ambiguous requirements to successful launch.
• Experience in defining success metrics and leveraging product analytics to make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-limited startup environment.
• Experience in establishing product processes within an early-stage company.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, sports/athletic performance, retail/apparel, or similar measurement-critical or performance-critical fields.
• Preferred: experience in designing products that present probabilistic or machine learning-driven outputs clearly and reliably.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with clinicians, athletic trainers, or retail/apparel partners.
