This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take ownership of the long-term product vision by defining epics and features while capturing comprehensive use cases and workflows.
• Propel outcomes that enhance user satisfaction and guide products toward achieving product-market fit.
• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks and obstacles that impact engineering advancement.
• Collaborate with clients and users to gather business requirements that facilitate quick delivery cycles.
• Support collaborative working sessions between Engineering and Clients, ensuring feedback is documented.
• Integrate engineering, user testing, feedback, and AI evaluations to produce features ready for shipping.
• Track progress against long-term roadmaps, organizing functionality, DevOps, and SRE tasks into sprints and releases.
• Act as the primary user of solutions and convey feedback and results for prioritization purposes.
• Monitor engagement and retention metrics to assess the evolution of product-market fit.
• Prioritize user feedback to engineering teams and subject matter experts.
• Operate within strategic quarterly objectives and OKRs while managing tactical sprint mechanics and documentation.
• Convert technical constraints and trade-offs into business language for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate prioritization among competing demands from clients, engineering, and business needs.
• Own and manage product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and release notes.
• Proven experience in product management, successfully delivering new software from conception to MVP and beyond within cross-functional, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on documentation discipline.
• Capacity to clearly articulate complex customer journeys and refine them based on feedback.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking success metrics and making "good enough to ship" decisions in uncertain scenarios.
• Expertise in stakeholder management across client PMO/QE teams, engineering, and domain specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to develop products in highly regulated environments, with a strong focus on risk, compliance, and legal considerations.
• Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in dynamic AI product landscapes.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM product development, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and the practical limitations of model-based features.
• Proven track record of incremental shipping in ambiguous, evolving-scope environments rather than fixed-spec settings.
• Comfort in managing relationships across client organizations without formal authority.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential for effective communication with global teams.
• Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience, delivering software products from conception to launch in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Nice-to-have: previous engineering or technical background.
• Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and sprints.
• Nice-to-have: experience collaborating with SMEs who directly author or contribute to products.
