Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the multi-quarter roadmap and establish prioritization strategies.

• Make and justify prioritization decisions when stakeholder interests conflict, providing clear reasoning for trade-offs.

• Maintain a well-organized backlog that includes detailed user stories and acceptance criteria consistent with the roadmap and business objectives.

• Lead the planning of releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creation of release notes, and usage reporting.

• Act as the senior product representative to both the development team and senior stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and providing direction.

• Drive the discovery process and integrate insights from user interviews into roadmap and backlog decisions.

• Facilitate communication between Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders when there are diverging priorities or interpretations.

• Leverage AI tools in the delivery process, including documentation, prototyping, and workflow acceleration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager responsible for product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization decisions.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end product delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria.

• Proven experience in the complete product delivery cycle, encompassing ideation, design handoff, development, UAT, release planning, and post-deployment activities.

• Ability to translate strategic objectives into multi-quarter roadmaps and effectively defend prioritization choices to senior stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with AI-supported workflows such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present risks and trade-offs to senior leadership.

• Capable of mediating between Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.

• Proficient in using Figma for mockup reviews and collaborative design handoff.

• Experience in consulting roles or data-driven product organizations.

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English.
