This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in lightweight architecture, design, and code evaluations.
• Define and take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated IT products and platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to collect and prioritize requirements.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities from ideation and planning to implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure that solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of new applications.
• Act as the escalation point for product-related issues and incidents.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release coordination as necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and technology modernization.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture, or related positions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of at least two of the following: Snowflake, Databricks, RDBMS, SQL, Python.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions.
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
