Technical Partnerships & Integrations Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and prioritize technology partners in areas such as security, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps, automation, and related ecosystems.

• Manage the entire integration and partner pipeline from research and outreach to technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch, and ongoing coordination.

• Review API, webhook, and integration documentation to evaluate feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements, and implementation scope.

• Test APIs, validate payloads, and troubleshoot integration functionality using tools like Postman, curl, Git, and lightweight scripts.

• Analyze code and technical implementation details to investigate issues and determine when Engineering support is necessary.

• Act as the main point of contact for technology partners, overseeing correspondence, technical follow-ups, onboarding, and launch coordination.

• Prepare and submit partner, certification, and technology alliance program applications, ensuring they are tracked through to completion.

• Convert partner and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, use cases, workflows, and summaries for Product and Engineering teams.

• Collaborate with Engineering on requirements, blockers, trade-offs, and readiness for release.

• Maintain the pipeline for prospective, active, and launched integrations, including status updates, next steps, requirements, risks, and contacts.

• Work alongside Marketing and Documentation teams on integration descriptions, positioning, publication, and support materials.

• Monitor integration health, partner dependencies, and maintenance needs post-launch.

• Define and report on metrics related to partners sourced, applications submitted, integrations validated, integrations launched, and overall pipeline progress.

• Present updates on partner and integration status, risks, priorities, and outcomes to leadership.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance research, partner analysis, communication, documentation, and workflow efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, or a similar technical role.

• Prior experience in a software development, integrations engineering, or other hands-on technical position.

• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and writing code or scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar.

• Extensive hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks, including documentation, test calls, and validation of payloads/events.

• Familiarity with tools like Postman, curl, Git, or other development and integration-testing tools.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, authentication methods, authorization flows, and data-exchange concepts.

• Ability to independently test and troubleshoot integration behavior before escalating issues to Engineering.

• Experience in translating partner, customer, or business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, diverse pipeline of technology partners or integrations from sourcing to launch.

• Experience in stakeholder management, representing a company externally while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both partners and executives.

• Experience in defining, tracking, and presenting pipeline metrics and outcomes to leadership.

• Willingness and capability to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: experience across multiple technology categories, including security, identity, cloud, SaaS, DevOps platforms, partner certification programs, integration launches, executive stakeholders, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
