Technical Operations Manager – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage technical operations inquiries from first-line support regarding transaction discrepancies and payment methods.

• Implement custom solutions for new clients.

• Tailor payment options on clients’ websites.

• Diagnose technical problems related to transactions and payment systems.

• Ensure the optimal functionality of payment systems.

• Engage with payment systems directly.

• Analyze payment data to detect recurring issues and provide reports.

• Collaborate with relevant departments, including 2nd line support, Finance, Account Managers, and B2C teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the Fintech/Payments sector as an Operations Manager or B2B technical support (2nd line).

• Solid understanding of Payment System operations.

• Extensive knowledge of transaction flows.

• Familiarity with fundamental WEB architecture concepts.

• Higher education or incomplete higher education, with a preference for graduates from technical universities.

• Proficiency in English and Russian at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.

• Basic programming knowledge (data types, basic operators, functions).

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and Gitlab.

• Familiarity with monitoring systems like ELK.

• Understanding of information and application security principles, including SSH and access credentials.
