This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for the application portfolio.
• Prioritize projects, portfolios, and operational tasks to effectively plan achievements, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure that project goals, objectives, achievements, and outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop status reports and communicate updates, schedules, risks, and issues throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure newsletters and company communications adhere to corporate standards.
• Identify and communicate project risks or issues and formulate mitigation plans or solutions.
• Build relationships with executives, senior leaders, stakeholders, and team resources to meet project objectives and deliverables.
• Define and manage project management processes while advocating for improvements in Agile project management processes.
• Work together with stakeholders and application owners on test management plans, scenarios, defect capturing, status reporting, and approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and application owners regarding change management plans and activities.
• Foster a collaborative team environment across the Corporate and Enterprise Applications PMO teams.
• Oversee products and/or programs from concept inception through delivery, adoption, and operational support.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a program manager, product manager, or project manager overseeing application programs or projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, complex enterprise application programs or projects utilizing both internal and vendor resources.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable presenting and communicating to large groups and across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a strong initiative and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Capacity to lead and influence without explicit authority.
• Diligent problem solver with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience in implementing, championing, and working with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with vendor and contract management processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, HCM, EPM systems, and technologies.
• Understanding of various database and data analytics tools and technologies.
• A passion for the gaming industry.
• Prior experience as a scrum master or hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including data centers, networking, cloud, and storage platforms.
• Familiarity with program and project management methodologies, such as Portfolio Management, Sprinting, and Backlog Grooming.
• Experience using Smartsheet for project management.
• Knowledge of the Waterfall project management methodology.
