📋 Description

• Lead the introduction of Advanced Deposition Materials from initial concept and feasibility through to release for High Volume Manufacturing.

• Establish, monitor, manage, and report on New Product Introduction PI milestones, which include sampling, development, and HVM.

• Recognize and address technical and execution risks throughout the development and execution phases.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to fulfill customer needs, maintain quality, and ensure scalability.

• Champion the standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.

• Detect process deficiencies and enact improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Encourage data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving processes.

• Assist in developing customer communications while balancing customer needs, effective product marketing, and the protection of strategic information.

• Oversee complex, high-impact programs that are vital to the business or the customer.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of direct experience with technical projects, coupled with a robust understanding of engineering workflows, lifecycle development, or manufacturing processes.

• Preferred experience in advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or similar high-technology manufacturing sectors.

• Strong project management capabilities, encompassing risk assessment and mitigation, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, task management, stakeholder engagement, and project closure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in stakeholder management, with a proven record of coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Ability to convert technical ambiguity into clear execution strategies.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, NV.
