This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +1 more country.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of NVIDIA’s DRIVE initiatives in collaboration with Swedish automotive partners.
• Synchronize timelines and deliverables for software releases, including NVIDIA’s DRIVE OS, NDAS, and Alpamayo software stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sweden, Germany, India, and the U.S. to address program challenges and facilitate product launches.
• Serve as the primary contact and initial escalation point for automotive partners and internal senior leadership.
• Provide updates and direct management attention to critical issues.
• Coordinate on program vehicle and system-level requirements and manage their review, exchange, and negotiation processes.
• Partner closely with internal software teams to grasp design and implementation details.
• Monitor and prioritize known issues and bugs.
• Assign fixes to forthcoming software releases, oversee verification, and perform root cause analysis.
• Frequently participate in customer meetings at NVIDIA partners’ locations.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, Transformers, CPU/GPU architectures, and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with program management concepts, including task planning, agile methodologies, and risk management.
• A degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience in an engineering or computer science discipline (BS; MS or PhD).
• 8+ years of professional experience in automotive software development, ideally focused on ADAS and AV.
• Comprehension of autonomous vehicle systems, sensor technologies, vehicle bus communication standards, SoCs, and embedded software principles.
• General knowledge of C/C++/Python, QNX and/or Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of build pipelines, repositories, CI/CD, containerization, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex automotive projects to series production.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, effective time management, and task prioritization abilities.
• Willingness to regularly attend customer meetings at NVIDIA's partners' locations.
• Experience with Automotive SPICE, ISO26262, and 21448 standards.
• Practical experience in developing intricate embedded C++ systems.
• Fluency in Swedish.
• An extensive existing network of contacts within the local automotive ADAS and AV sector in Sweden.
