This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Lead the introduction of Advanced Deposition Materials New Products from the concept and feasibility stages to their release for High Volume Manufacturing.
• Establish, monitor, manage, and report on milestones for New Product Introduction PI, encompassing sampling, development, and HVM.
• Recognize and address technical and execution risks throughout the development and implementation phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to fulfill customer needs, maintain quality, and ensure scalability.
• Champion the standardization of product development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Detect process shortcomings and implement enhancements to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and systematic problem-solving approaches.
• Assist in developing customer communications while balancing customer needs with product marketing and the strategic safeguarding of information.
• Oversee complex, high-impact programs that are crucial to the business or customer.
• A bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a related field is mandatory.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience with technical projects and a solid understanding of engineering workflows, lifecycle development, or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development in semiconductor fabrication or similar high-technology manufacturing sectors.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, task management, stakeholder engagement, and project completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to convert technical ambiguities into clear execution strategies.
