Technical Operations Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee system health, investigate incidents, and implement effective solutions.

• Develop and sustain automation, alerting, and observability systems to minimize manual intervention.

• Ensure data integrity across CRM, customer portals, product analytics, payment systems, and support tools.

• Examine and resolve data inconsistencies, synchronization challenges, and integration failures.

• Create and uphold automated quality assurance and testing workflows.

• Construct dashboards and reports that empower non-technical teams to independently access vital information.

• Utilize AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and testing frameworks to uphold a dependable technical infrastructure.

• Identify recurring technical issues and automate or enhance processes to mitigate them.

• Integrate AI tools into daily technical workflows while ensuring the accuracy of their outputs and decisions.

• Clearly communicate technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: SRE/DevOps or Technical Support.

• Proficient knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Datadog or similar monitoring/observability tools.

• Experience with Cypress or another automated testing framework.

• Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python programming languages.

• Excellent ability to write and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries; familiarity with MongoDB is an advantage.

• Experience in maintaining data quality and synchronization across CRM, payment systems, support, or other business applications.

• Strong troubleshooting and incident response abilities.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance technical problem-solving and development processes.

• Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous technical challenges with minimal supervision.
