DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions, and repository templates.

• Create and implement AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub.

• Assist engineering teams in adopting these capabilities while adhering to established standards.

• Collaborate with Platforms to create and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions, and workflows.

• Partner with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to optimize GitHub usage.

• Identify opportunities for automation and streamline development processes.

• Ensure workflows and integrations are secure, reliable, and easy to maintain.

• Provide support for updates and assist teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.

• Share expertise, documentation, and practical examples.

• Aid teams in adopting, maintaining, and extending GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including the development of workflows and reusable actions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

• Experience with Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines.

• Understanding of application security principles.

• Awareness of cloud services and capabilities.

• General development experience with in-house systems.

• Background in AI-assisted or agentic engineering.

• Proficiency in scripting or general software development.

• Experience with developer tools, automation, and integration.

• A technical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.

• A keen interest in enhancing developer workflows.

• Comfortable collaborating, sharing knowledge, and learning new tools and methods.

• Able to work independently and assist colleagues in utilizing the developed tools.

• Willingness to learn; expertise in every listed area is not mandatory.
