Technical Marketing Manager – Marketing Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical delivery for the PPC and SEO teams.

• Oversee the daily workload, performance, goals, and outcomes of the PPC and SEO teams across a diverse range of client accounts.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, weekly team check-ins, and client-facing interactions.

• Minimize manual tasks by enhancing workflows, reporting, and automation, including the use of AI tools.

• Collaborate with the Onboarding, Web, and Social Teams regarding shared accounts and client requirements.

• Monitor and report on team performance and account health on a consistent basis.

• Foster account growth, ensure client satisfaction, and enhance retention rates.

• Boost automation in reporting and account management to concentrate more on strategy and client engagement.

• Set up regular meeting schedules and check-in routines while developing strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical, hands-on experience in both PPC and SEO, with the ability to specialize deeply in either area.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a team, preferably in an agency setting, local marketing services, or a multi-account environment.

• Proficient in utilizing call tracking tools, local SEO management platforms (such as BrightLocal), and PPC management software.

• Familiar with incorporating AI tools into regular workflows for enhanced reporting, content creation, or process efficiency.

• Background in local services ads, small business marketing, or SaaS marketing.

• A positive, proactive attitude and brings enthusiasm to the role.

• A collaborative approach across PPC, SEO, onboarding, and web teams.

• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, comfortable delving into specifics when necessary.

• A focus on growth at all costs.

• Candidates must be able to consistently work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

• Preferred: Experience in building and managing a team from the ground up.
