📋 Description

• Implement email marketing initiatives for both Rove Concepts and Rove Next.

• Create, sustain, and enhance automated customer journeys, encompassing welcome messages, abandoned cart reminders, browse abandonment notifications, post-purchase follow-ups, win-back campaigns, and retention flows.

• Develop customer segmentation strategies to provide tailored marketing experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to facilitate product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing efforts.

• Design, test, and refine email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.

• Conduct A/B testing to enhance engagement, boost conversion rates, and improve overall campaign efficacy.

• Track campaign performance and compile regular reports with actionable insights.

• Manage email marketing calendars to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce environment.

• Proficient in using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or comparable tools.

• Strong grasp of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaign strategies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML for email editing is considered advantageous.

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
