This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Implement email marketing initiatives for both Rove Concepts and Rove Next.

• Design, manage, and enhance automated customer journeys, including welcome emails, abandoned cart notifications, browse abandonment cues, post-purchase follow-ups, win-back campaigns, and retention strategies.

• Create customer segments to provide tailored marketing experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing efforts.

• Develop, test, and refine email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.

• Execute A/B testing to boost engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Track campaign performance and generate regular reports containing actionable insights.

• Manage email marketing schedules and ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

• Keep abreast of best practices in email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce setting.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or similar systems.

• Strong grasp of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

• Basic knowledge of HTML for email editing is considered an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
