Marketing and Communication Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and unify MoonTech’s messaging framework across various brands, investors, and creators.

• Formulate and uphold positioning statements, differentiators, and elevator pitches.

• Create and revise FAQs and frameworks for addressing objections.

• Develop structured talking points for founders.

• Ensure a consistent narrative is adopted in both internal and external communications.

• Coordinate the communication strategy for founders.

• Prepare founders for meetings with investors, events, media interviews, and fundraising discussions.

• Develop briefs for interviews that include anticipated questions and structured responses.

• Arrange media training providers when necessary.

• Construct and oversee a strategic content and communications calendar.

• Lead weekly communication execution across appropriate channels.

• Ensure brand consistency across website copy, presentations, social media, and event materials.

• Create creative briefs and manage timelines with designers, freelancers, and agencies.

• Conduct competitive and market research.

• Convert insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Plan and implement event communication strategies.

• Coordinate booth messaging, collateral requirements, and narrative amplification.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or product marketing.

• Experience in startup or high-growth settings is preferred.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities in clear, straightforward English.

• Demonstrated capability to simplify complex products into engaging messaging.

• Comfortable working closely with founders and managing confidential information.

• Experience in managing agencies, freelancers, and creative production.

• Strong organizational and execution skills.
