Technical Lead – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for Billing, ensuring the integrity and consistency of solutions.

• Provide technical guidance for the domain, facilitating decision-making and resolving issues.

• Verify the accurate validation of technical evidence prior to integration testing and deployment to production.

• Oversee deployments and ensure stabilization after going live.

• Identify potential risks and suggest plans for mitigation.

• Advocate for best practices in development and uphold technical governance.

• Ensure coherence between IT and business domains.

• Assist in architectural and technical solution evaluations.

• Supervise quality management and validation of technical outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Billing systems and their associated processes.

• Background in Telecom, specifically regarding implementation and post-implementation initiatives.

• Familiarity with system integrations and comprehensive process flows.

• Proficient in troubleshooting, incident management, and maintaining production stability.

• Excellent analytical capabilities and adept at solving complex problems.

• Understanding of technical governance and standards establishment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlogs.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Proven experience in technical leadership and oversight of large-scale projects.
