This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Deliver technical leadership and expertise to clients utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
β’ Oversee and guide the technical team managing cases related to Power Apps and Power Automate.
β’ Assist in resolving cases and diagnosing intricate issues.
β’ Recreate problems in a controlled environment prior to reaching a conclusion.
β’ Analyze error telemetry and troubleshoot based on error messages, run history, and logs.
β’ Offer technical direction and support to team members on complicated matters and escalations.
β’ Evaluate technical solutions for quality, precision, and compliance with support standards.
β’ Mentor team members to enhance troubleshooting and technical skills.
β’ Address Power Apps challenges related to canvas and model-driven applications, formulas, delegation, controls, performance, data sources, connectors, Dataverse, environments, ALM, licensing, and entitlements.
β’ Tackle Power Automate challenges involving cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA, approvals, scheduled flows, integrations, throttling, API limits, retry policies, performance, and DLP governance.
β’ Draft clear case notes and updates for customers.
β’ Escalate cases with comprehensive evidence when they surpass the defined scope.
β’ Contribute reusable solutions to the knowledge repository.
β’ Achieve response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
β’ Ensure adherence to technical and support protocols by the team.
β’ Work assigned rotational shifts, remain available during shift hours, and assist team and customer cases.
β’ Engage in activity monitoring during shift hours.
β’ Complete Gigmos onboarding, client-specific process training, and necessary certification prior to handling live cases.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Power Automate and Power Apps in a support capacity.
β’ At least 2 years in a Team Lead position with demonstrated team management experience.
β’ Practical experience in building and supporting canvas and model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate flows in a real-world setting.
β’ Proficient understanding of Dataverse, connectors, environments, and Power Platform security principles.
β’ Capability to troubleshoot using error messages, run history, and logs.
β’ Strong written communication skills in English.
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
β’ Dependable high-speed internet, a functioning machine, and a quiet workspace during shifts.
β’ Willingness to work rotational shifts and adhere to client security and data handling protocols.
β’ Preferred: Microsoft certifications PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
β’ Preferred: Experience in customer-facing support or service desk environments with SLAs.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
β’ Preferred: Experience managing technical escalations and mentoring technical teams.
β’ Preferred: Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
