Technical Interior Designer – Luxury Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and coordinate comprehensive Revit-based interior documentation throughout project stages 2–5

• Develop detailed technical drawing packages, which include GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and custom joinery details

• Prepare and oversee FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers

• Ensure that documentation is appropriate for tendering, procurement, and construction purposes

• Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments

• Assist in the technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and custom interior elements

• Aid in FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals

• Ensure that solutions adhere to durability, performance, maintenance, and luxury hospitality standards

• Uphold consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field

• 8–15 years of experience in interior architectural design

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken

• Demonstrated expertise in Revit (Architectural)

• Experience with hospitality or residential projects, including villas, hotels, and resorts

• Strong understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing, and documentation workflows

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
