Seasonal Stationery & Design Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms

• Address unique customer issues, inquiries about custom products, and fulfillment obstacles

• Utilize the internal knowledge base to provide informed and exceptional service

• Oversee multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order details, custom design files, inventory tools, and order modifications

• Record customer interactions in Salesforce or other advanced CRM systems while adhering to data policies

• Detect operational mistakes and areas of friction within the platform

• Provide proactive feedback to Customer Service leadership

• Uphold high service standards, availability, efficient time management, and proactive communication

• Report to a Team Supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience working with high-end clients and taking full ownership of customer issues

• Background in managing inbound contact volumes and queues

• Familiarity with design-related tasks and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files

• Strong written communication capabilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills

• Ability to switch contexts between browser tabs and platforms while maintaining accuracy

• Experience with omni-channel CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk

• Quick learning ability regarding new technologies

• Availability to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Technologically proficient and comfortable using CRM systems, order databases, artist design files, and knowledge resources

• Patience, empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence suitable for customer service

• Interest and aptitude for design or technical-related challenges is a plus
