Technical Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete technical delivery for all Sentinel deployments.

• Manage the technical execution of ongoing Sentinel POCs and production launches.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with client IT and security teams, focusing on sizing, network, database, and identity/SSO responsibilities.

• Monitor and facilitate client-side provisioning processes.

• Oversee the preparation of certificates, credentials, and licenses.

• Coordinate the deployment, installation, validation, and phased rollout of agents.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance the standardized pre-deployment playbook.

• Ensure that completed deployments conclude with a clear action plan for the client, addressing any identified risks.

• Regularly report on deployment status and risks to both BotCity and customer teams.

• Provide customer training support as required.

• Collaborate across various functions with BotCity and customer teams.

• Lead customer calls and provide reports to ensure stakeholder alignment during POCs and product deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical implementations with B2B enterprise clients.

• Proficient in on-premise, hybrid, or private-cloud software solutions.

• Working knowledge of Linux, containers, and network/firewall configurations.

• Familiarity with SSO/identity management, including SAML and EntraID.

• Experience in managing TLS/SSL certificates.

• Knowledge of endpoint deployment tools such as Intune and GPO.

• Strong fundamentals in project management, including scoping, timeline management, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with IT, Governance, and/or Cybersecurity teams.

• Familiarity with Jira for project scoping, timeline management, and risk tracking.

• Proficient with terminal/SSH and command-line operations.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with EntraID/Azure AD and Okta administrative consoles.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment that is early-stage and high-growth.

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.

• Fluent in English.

• Preferred: Awareness of security/compliance concepts.

• Preferred: Previous experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance-related software implementation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Kibana, or other log/observability platforms.

• Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
