Technical Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into technical configurations and implementation strategies.

• Act as a technical consultant during the onboarding process for clients.

• Advise clients on integration capabilities, restrictions, and best practices.

• Utilize expertise in Snowflake and SQL to address intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate with leadership to navigate and resolve implementation obstacles.

• Analyze, detect, and rectify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and risks.

• Perform thorough validation, root cause analysis, and planning for mitigation.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to troubleshoot various issues.

• Enhance workflows and continuously improve implementation processes and team efficiency.

• Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance to analysts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of direct experience integrating with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs.

• More than 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims.

• Strong comprehension of 835/837 transactions and related claims, denials, charges, and payment data.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Practical experience with ELT processes, SSIS packages, and file configuration/transformation.

• Preferred familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and APIs.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required during screening and/or interviews.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home is essential.
