Technical Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for the onboarding of new clients to Lina, overseeing the complete integration process up to actual production activation.

• Collaborate across Lina’s three business divisions: Regulatory/Compliance, Payments, and Data.

• Lead the onboarding journey for new clients, from initial discussions to full production activation.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, coordinating with necessary internal teams to address any obstacles.

• Assist clients in integrating with Lina’s APIs, webhooks, and authentication processes.

• Clearly articulate the technical architecture and business advantages of the solution to leads and clients during discussions.

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and create automation and self-service tools.

• Work closely with the Regulatory/Compliance, Payments, and Data teams to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams, transforming recurring challenges into platform enhancements.

• Balance support for clients during implementation with the development of internal tools.

• Engage in technical and architectural reviews concerning integrations.

• Track client adoption following go-live to ensure effective activation.

• Report directly to the CTO and play a role in shaping strategic technology decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in software development and systems integration.

• Practical experience working directly with clients or external technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to navigate highly ambiguous environments and adapt to multiple technical contexts.

• Comprehensive understanding of API architecture and integrations.

• Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language.

• Experience with integrations utilizing REST APIs and webhooks.

• Familiarity with authentication processes and data security protocols, such as OAuth 2.0 and tokens.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Background in process automation and developing scripts or internal tools.

• A strong sense of ownership and the autonomy to engage necessary internal resources.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of transitioning between technical discussions and conversations focused on business value.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Results-driven with an emphasis on actual client activation.

• A collaborative attitude for working with various internal teams simultaneously.
