Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Configure issuing products: BINs, programs, limits, fees, and operational rules

• Parameterize Back Office: roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and extracts

• Set up integrations with third parties: embosser, couriers, ATMs, KYC, and anti-fraud measures

• Ensure compliance with product rules, contracts, and network standards

• Assist with unit, integrated, and end-to-end testing

• Validate files, APIs, and events

• Adjust configurations based on findings from UAT

• Align configurations with migrated data

• Prepare environments for cutover and go-live

• Provide technical-functional support during hypercare

• Document final configurations (as-built)

• Design and conduct functional and operational training sessions

• Perform platform, Back Office, and key workflow demonstrations

• Tailor content to the audience from Operations, Business, and Support

• Coordinate training agenda and materials

• Create and maintain user guides, manuals, videos, and FAQs

• Assist during the initial operational cycles post go-live

• Identify recurring questions and usage errors, escalating real incidents

• Channel feedback to Implementation and Product teams

• Suggest improvements in processes and user experience

• Experience or knowledge in configuring platforms for issuing products

• Familiarity with BINs, programs, limits, fees, and operational rules

• Experience in parameterizing Back Office, including roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and extracts

• Knowledge of integrations with third parties, including embosser, couriers, ATMs, KYC, and anti-fraud measures

• Ability to validate files, APIs, and events

• Experience or knowledge in unit, integrated, and end-to-end testing

• Ability to align configurations with migrated data and prepare environments for cutover and go-live

• Ability to provide technical-functional support during hypercare

• Ability to design and execute functional and operational training sessions

• Ability to create and maintain user guides, manuals, videos, and FAQs
