This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the planning and scheduling of new client implementations.
• Engage with clients to address any data-related inquiries.
• Conduct data conversion and import tasks, ensuring quality assessment of stock plan-specific information and equity plan scenarios.
• Set up the Empower Stock Plan Services database, including plans, vesting and termination schedules, participant portal, broker portal, and model configurations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external broker-dealer teams for brokerage setup, account creation, and initial share balance verification.
• Participate in client implementation meetings and discussions.
• Create and document implementation procedures.
• Develop training plans and materials for clients.
• Educate new clients on the functionalities of the stock plan system.
• Complete implementation checklists thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with ESPS Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in equity or stock plan administration systems is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, conversion, and validation.
• Understanding of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation principles.
• Expertise in database configuration and system setup.
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to train clients and articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple client implementations concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management applications.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship or assumption of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
