This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the onboarding and ramp-up process for technical go-to-market positions.
• Create and consistently enhance structured programs that boost the productivity of new hires.
• Set uniform technical standards across various teams.
• Develop technical field frameworks and playbooks for discovery, proof-of-concept, evaluation standards, architecture guidance, technical handoffs, and readiness for escalation.
• Establish and sustain technical certifications as the platform evolves.
• Drive technical preparedness for product launches in collaboration with Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Transform subject-matter knowledge from Product, Product Marketing, and field technologists into scalable enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on technical discovery, evaluation strategies, competitive differentiation, and solution positioning.
• Create AI-driven tools, agents, and workflows for the technical organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, customer success engineering, technical account management, implementation, or forward-deployed work.
• Proven experience in building enablement for technical teams, rather than merely delivering it.
• Proficient hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer workflows.
• Capable of conducting live demonstrations, reviewing customer integrations, troubleshooting L1-level issues, and engaging in architecture discussions.
• Experience in creating onboarding, certification, or technical development programs that have been successfully completed by individuals.
• Proven ability to distill subject-matter expertise from busy professionals and convert it into tangible resources.
• Must have developed a tool, agent, script, or workflow that has effectively eliminated repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with an AI-native operating model, with workflows fundamentally reliant on AI.
• Preferred experience with speech recognition, TTS, voice agents, LLM orchestration, or developer-focused API products.
• Experience enabling both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Strong writing and narrative skills necessary for articulating complex technical concepts are preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
