This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directs initiatives to develop new processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures, offering support to junior staff.
• Evaluates, refines, and documents program requirements, including mission scope and objectives, resource availability, and specific needs of intelligence, operational, and stakeholder leadership.
• Gathers, analyzes, and delivers assessments and recommendations for evolving frameworks and strategies aimed at optimizing workflow processes and production efficiency.
• Oversees the implementation of assigned Technical Direction Letters.
• Coordinates tasks among participating engineering and delivery teams.
• Facilitates planning, dependency management, issue resolution, performance tracking, and the incremental delivery of modernization capabilities.
• Aids national security and critical civilian missions through technology integration and program management.
• Typically holds a Bachelor's degree along with 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work background.
• Each year of professional experience can be substituted for a year of required education.
• Must possess a Secret clearance; clearance is required to begin employment.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or PMP or PMI-ACP certification is necessary.
