Pedagogical Advisory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise the comprehensive management of the Pedagogical Advisory team, focusing on initiatives to enhance the Education System’s NPS, minimize churn, and bolster partner-school retention.

• Guide the Pedagogical Advisory team in assisting the commercial, product, marketing, and school-unit teams through training sessions, event involvement, critical reporting, educational trend analysis, and additional contributions.

• Ensure the professional growth and excellence of advisors in managing their portfolios of partner schools, educators, and school leaders.

• Oversee the planning activities of each advisor.

• Conduct meetings with partner-school leaders, maintain consistent communication, and perform on-site visits.

• Ensure business profitability in accordance with the Customer Experience department.

• Analyze the market, competition, new business prospects, and the development of pedagogical training programs and events.

• Identify opportunities for both online and in-person events and create strategic materials, such as e-books, learning pathways, and tailored training programs.

• Achieve set targets and explore expansion into new markets.

• Organize and structure the process for developing educational materials, including e-books, learning paths, resources, podcasts, videos, assessments, and reports.

• Guarantee pedagogical curation, current content, compliance with regulations, adherence to Brazil’s LGPD data protection law, and alignment with the company’s AI Governance framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related teaching qualification.

• Extensive experience in leading teams, ideally with specialized pedagogical professionals.

• Understanding of the education systems market and the dynamics involved in serving partner schools.

• Ability to utilize data and performance indicators to monitor results and inform decision-making.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and a willingness to implement them in the workplace.

• Openness to travel as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
