This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist dealerships within the network in optimizing and enhancing the performance of their B2B spare parts operations.
• Evaluate each dealership’s spare parts sales process to uncover areas for enhancement.
• Provide coaching to sales teams on prospecting, customer retention, and boosting sales performance.
• Create and execute customized action plans in collaboration with dealerships.
• Aid in the advancement of sales and operational practices.
• Deliver regular reports to the manager, vehicle manufacturer, and dealerships.
• Oversee the activities of a team of field consultants.
• Facilitate employee development and assist in the onboarding of new consultants.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer processes, and performance targets.
• Act as the operational link among consultants, MSX management, and the vehicle manufacturer.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the program.
• Prepare monthly activity reports for the client.
• Travel frequently to Paris and operate throughout the western region of France.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably acquired through experience with a vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.
• Strong understanding of spare parts, consumables, and B2B distribution frameworks.
• Solid grasp of the challenges encountered by spare parts departments, workshops, and sales divisions.
• Capability to swiftly evaluate an organization and pinpoint performance improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in communicating methodologies, structuring action plans, and facilitating their execution.
• Strong coaching abilities, active listening skills, and the capacity to develop teams without relying on hierarchical authority.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Independence, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities in a field-based setting.
• Analytical mindset, robust influencing skills, and a focus on results.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proven experience in team leadership, consultant coordination, or operational management.
• Natural leadership qualities and the ability to rally individuals around common goals.
