This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a coach specializing in aftermarket parts for dealerships throughout the network.
• Assist dealerships in organizing and enhancing the performance of their B2B operations.
• Evaluate each dealership’s aftermarket parts sales cycle and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Guide sales teams in prospecting, customer retention, and improving sales outcomes.
• Create and implement customized action plans in collaboration with dealerships.
• Aid in the enhancement of sales practices and operational methodologies.
• Provide consistent reporting to management, manufacturers, and dealerships.
• Oversee the coordination of a team of field consultants.
• Facilitate skills development and take part in the onboarding process for new consultants.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer processes, and performance targets.
• Act as the operational link among consultants, MSX management, and manufacturers.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the program.
• Compile monthly activity reports for the client.
• In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, preferably acquired within a manufacturer, distributor, or automotive supplier.
• Proficiency in aftermarket parts, consumables, and B2B distribution frameworks.
• Strong grasp of the challenges encountered by aftermarket parts departments, workshops, and sales teams.
• Capability to swiftly analyze an organization and identify factors driving performance.
• Skill in transferring methodologies, structuring action plans, and supporting their execution.
• Strong teaching and coaching abilities, active listening skills, and the capacity to develop teams without relying on hierarchical authority.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Independence, meticulousness, and robust organizational skills in a field-based position.
• Analytical mindset, persuasive capabilities, and a focus on results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Documented experience in team leadership, consultant coordination, or operational management.
• Natural leadership qualities and the ability to rally people around shared goals.
