IT Transition & Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex IT transition and transformation initiatives, guiding them from the proposal stage to stable operational status.

• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Maintain clear and open communication with all pertinent stakeholders.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for account growth.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in challenging project settings.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Enhance transition and transformation processes.

• Contribute to the development of standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in managing transition and transformation projects within an IT outsourcing context.

• Proven experience in building and cultivating customer relationships.

• Ability to convert customer needs into sustainable and commercially viable solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor at the C-level.

• A structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.

• Certifications like PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar qualifications are a plus.

• Willingness to travel within Germany, with approximately four business trips per month.

• Proficient in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).
