This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Carry out comprehensive technical implementations, overseeing processes from kickoff and site readiness to go-live and the transition to Customer Success.
β’ Set up and deploy Voxel's edge AI platform, which includes camera integration, device configuration, and validation of connectivity.
β’ Collaborate directly with customer IT, network, and security teams to perform network readiness assessments, configure firewalls and proxies, and address access requirements.
β’ Create technical documentation that facilitates customers in obtaining internal IT and security approvals.
β’ Resolve deployment challenges related to networking, camera systems, and edge hardware, escalating issues to Engineering when necessary.
β’ Oversee implementation schedules, monitor progress, and effectively communicate the status, risks, and next actions to both internal and customer stakeholders.
β’ Organize onsite installations, which may require travel to customer locations for more complex deployments.
β’ Contribute to and enhance implementation playbooks, checklists, and best practices to ensure faster and more consistent deployments.
β’ Gather customer feedback and deployment challenges, sharing insights with Product and Engineering to enhance the platform.
β’ 3β6 years of experience in technical implementation, deployment engineering, network or systems administration, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
β’ Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and SSL.
β’ Practical experience with security camera or video surveillance systems (such as IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, RTSP streams), or the ability to quickly learn new camera systems.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion within established timelines.
β’ Effective and confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
β’ Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, PMP, or similar) are preferred.
