This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide advice, guidance, and insights to leaders in Data and Artificial Intelligence.
• Assist clients in enhancing outcomes by refining practices and decision-making, reducing risk, and tackling professional challenges.
• Offer technical advice and oversight to a select group of 18–20 clients within a 12-month timeframe.
• Engage in informal, value-driven discussions with clients and devise strategies for their success.
• Deliver confidential and professional consultations in-person, via telephone, or through digital video conferencing.
• Assess members' needs, establish objectives, and create strategies or work plans in alignment with membership agreements.
• Participate in ongoing personal and industry development initiatives.
• Provide proactive thought leadership and innovative ideas on behalf of clients’ memberships.
• Collaborate with and support Sales Leadership and Account Directors in account planning and assistance efforts.
• Utilize Info-Tech Research Group and third-party resources to fulfill membership obligations.
• Identify member value expectations and challenges, linking members with suitable product solutions.
• Foster relationships with client peers and stakeholders to create experiences aligned with client goals and culture.
• At least 15 years of professional IT experience across various organizations, including leadership roles in Data and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in five or more areas such as Agentic AI frameworks, Machine Learning, AI Technology Selection, AI Strategy, AI Governance, AI Use Cases, MLOps/AIOps, IT/OT, IIoT, Data Lakehouse/Big Data/Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Analytics.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Skills in operational and systems development.
• Capability to coordinate intricate service delivery models and address varied stakeholder requirements.
• Outstanding customer service orientation, high professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; self-motivated.
• Ability to uphold the core values of members and Info-Tech Research Group as a trusted executive.
• Proficient verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, as necessary.
• Capability to obtain a TN1 Visa.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is preferred but not mandatory to cater to a diverse client base.
