CTC, Consulente Tecnico Commerciale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conduct commercial visits to acquire, develop, and retain clients.

• Research and develop project opportunities with design studios and consultants.

• Manage and assist clients (installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, real estate developers, and construction companies).

• Oversee and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

• Provide technical development for projects.

• Coordinate the involved designers.

• Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and contracts.

• Develop, monitor, and negotiate commercial proposals.

• Manage relationships with real estate developers, construction companies, and installers throughout the various project phases.

• Provide post-sales technical support, client assistance, and commissioning of systems.

• Offer technical support to various stakeholders and coordinate post-sales assistance activities.

• Supervise on-site projects and monitor installation activities.

• Assist in marketing activities and initiatives.

• Monitor collections and manage any administrative issues that arise.

• Prepare periodic reports on the activities performed.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and production.

• Manage and update the client database for the area of responsibility.

• Present the company, its products, and the solutions offered.

• Develop and foster the client portfolio.

• Coordinate technical-commercial training activities for installers.

• Oversee the network of multi-mandate agencies in the area, supporting their commercial development, expanding the client portfolio, and delegating the management of ordinary activities with clients.
