This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver CBT-oriented telehealth services to individuals experiencing behavioral health issues

• Manage a caseload of clients

• Perform structured clinical intakes and evaluations

• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices

• Provide CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a defined treatment framework

• Assess member outcomes utilizing validated clinical metrics

• Maintain clinical records in compliance with Pelago standards

• Screen for co-occurring conditions and facilitate care transitions as necessary

• Engage in clinical supervision and support a culture of ongoing improvement

• Assist in the development of programs as the Behavioral Addictions initiative expands

• Become part of a collaborative, mission-focused clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Current LPC or LCSW license in good standing

• Licensure in multiple states is highly desirable; LPC compact licensure is a notable advantage

• Clinical background in behavioral health issues, including eating disorders, impulse control disorders, or substance use, or a strong interest in specializing in behavioral addictions

• Proficiency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing is preferred

• Comfort with structured assessment instruments and outcome monitoring

• Strong writing skills for documentation and treatment planning

• Capability to independently manage a telehealth caseload while collaborating with a remote clinical team

• Full-time position

• Must hold a license in at least one of the following states: Georgia, Arkansas, Indiana, or Ohio, as specified by the role title
