Technical Consultant Migration, Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and continuously evolve the global Partner Enablement Program.

• Develop organized learning pathways tailored for various partner roles.

• Create and maintain training resources, certifications, and digital learning formats.

• Plan and conduct technical and functional training sessions both virtually and on-site for partners and Natuvion colleagues.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness and partner maturity.

• Analyze training feedback to identify and implement improvement measures.

• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Migration, Sales & Partner Management, and People teams.

• Assist strategic partners during their onboarding process and in developing delivery capabilities.

• Foster an active partner community through workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to consistent global quality standards in partner training.

• Provide assistance to partners with delivery-related inquiries and challenges.

• Analyze partner issues, pinpoint root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

• Engage in partner project activities as needed to offer hands-on support and ensure successful delivery.

• Share insights from support cases to enhance support quality and enablement.

• Incorporate recurring issues into training materials, documentation, and enablement initiatives.

• Relay product feedback to the product development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience working with Natuvion DCS.

• If lacking Natuvion DCS expertise, a willingness to participate in technical migration projects as a Migration Expert to gain practical experience.

• Experience and/or a genuine interest in designing and delivering technical training programs.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

• A passion for simplifying complex technical content for better understanding.

• An independent, structured, and internationally oriented approach to work.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for international partner training sessions.
