Technical Consultant – Mid-Level/Senior, ServiceNow, App Engine, ITOM, CMDB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in hands-on activities related to ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives.

• Creation of tailored applications.

• Streamlining processes, portals, workflows, security, and CMDB through automation.

• Configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions.

• Execution of tests, resolution of issues, and facilitation of user acceptance testing.

• Providing go-live support.

• Collaborating with Architecture, BPC, QA, and project management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive ServiceNow experience at a strong mid-level or senior level.

• Expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.

• Development experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.

• Familiarity with Service Portal/Employee Center and ITSM.

• Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM fundamentals.

• Experience in integrations, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Technical independence and commitment to development best practices.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Workspace, UI Builder, IRE, CMDB Health, Discovery, MID Server, and REST APIs.

• CSA and/or CAD certifications are advantageous.
