ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and provide support for ServiceNow platform solutions.

• Create and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalog items, forms, and platform configurations.

• Develop and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and various platform components.

• Construct automated processes utilizing Flow Designer and related ServiceNow functionalities.

• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and integration tools.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and suggest technical solutions.

• Diagnose platform issues, resolve defects, and enhance application performance.

• Conduct testing and support deployments, platform upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Maintain technical documentation while adhering to development, security, and change management standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.

• Located in Latin America and available to work 40 hours per week during EST business hours.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, service catalog development, and access controls.

• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote setting.

• Professional proficiency in English for meetings, documentation, and collaboration.

• Permanently authorized to work in your country of residence and does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
