📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, integration, and deployment of secure and scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions customized for federal mission requirements.

• Create and implement enterprise-level integrations, advanced Service Catalog features, workflow automation, and AI-driven enhancements.

• Manage release processes, code evaluations, testing, and deployments to maintain platform stability, quality, and compliance with NIST and FISMA regulations.

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into efficient technical solutions.

• Lead requirements workshops and technical design discussions.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and design issues throughout the development lifecycle.

• Assess platform capabilities, enhance performance, and suggest modernization improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an ACTIVE Secret security clearance.

• 6+ years of experience in designing and directing the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms across various enterprise modules.

• 6+ years of experience in transforming business objectives into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that enhance workflows, productivity, and service delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in Service Portal Development.

• Experience working across multiple instances and domains, providing support to both internal and external clients.

• Employ an Agile/Scrum methodology to oversee development tasks.

• Guide functional and administrative teams on design, development, and overall best practices for ServiceNow.
