Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the collection of requirements and conduct sessions for stakeholder discovery.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation.

• Conduct impact analysis and oversee requirements management throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis to confirm requirements and aid in decision-making processes.

• Specify integrations, APIs, data mappings, and reporting needs.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release preparation, and process enhancements.

• Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

• Propel successful software delivery initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.

• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable project management tools.

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, process modeling, and business analysis techniques.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Experience in Aviation, SaaS, Marketplace, Power BI, or AI is advantageous.

• Authorized to work in the respective country without sponsorship.
