Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collect business requirements and convert them into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for enhancements in Salesforce CRM Analytics.

• Create, develop, and sustain CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, and recipes.

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance CRM Analytics and Salesforce reporting.

• Evaluate business processes and data to enhance reporting precision, efficiency, and user experience.

• Assist in Salesforce configuration, which includes objects, fields, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, release management, and deployments.

• Conduct data analysis, data cleansing, and quality assurance checks.

• Provide a uniform reporting experience across CRM Analytics, Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, and Power BI.

• Create end-user manuals, training resources, and documentation.

• Recognize system and process challenges and suggest solutions for business users and the Enterprise Applications team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst working with Salesforce and/or CRM Analytics platforms.

• 2 to 3 years in clinical research, emphasizing trial coordination and project support.

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is required.

• Experience in developing Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, and recipes.

• Proficient in gathering business and technical requirements.

• Skilled in writing user stories and functional documentation.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis/visualization.

• Familiarity with Power BI is highly valued.

• Capable of working independently and knowing when to escalate issues.

• Technological competence, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to details and quality.
