Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product along with the varying business needs and requirements of customers.

• Showcase product expertise by handling complex and diverse project assignments.

• Identify, investigate, and analyze customer inquiries and issues.

• Remain updated on the latest system releases and functionalities.

• Develop product specifications that act as blueprints for the development team to create new features or functionalities.

• Design, document, and implement test plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive testing of software prior to deployment.

• Prepare customer-facing documentation for new features and functionalities.

• Gather, document, and implement customers' intricate business requirements related to ERP implementation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.

• Outstanding critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent skills in time management and project planning.

• Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks on schedule with a 100% on-time completion rate.

• Highly proficient in technical aspects, with experience in web applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with accounting principles; experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
