Technical Associate – Growth Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance AI agents, Claude workflows, and internal tools to reduce manual tasks.

• Oversee documentation, release notes, product tutorials, and updates for customers.

• Create usage reports, manage dashboards, and monitor customer outcomes.

• Automate CRM workflows, oversee internal databases, and optimize processes.

• Conduct competitor research, document AI use cases, and assist with customer onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or an early-career professional with a solid academic foundation in engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline.

• Inquisitive and technically inclined, with familiarity in GitHub, scripting, automation tools, or AI agents.

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and adept at solving challenges independently.

• Humble, accountable, and eager to address both technical hurdles and routine operational tasks.

• Previous internships in engineering, consulting, product management, or operations are advantageous.

• Experience in creating AI automations or personal projects is a plus.

• Interest in fintech is an added bonus.
