This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Offer guidance, expertise, and support to sales, marketing, and internal management teams.
• Create innovative ideas and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales and marketing processes.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing advisors, direct clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on license transfers related to Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Engage in partner order-to-sales activities to assist the sales team.
• Oversee tasks across platforms to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and partners within expected timelines.
• Terminate customer subscriptions with suppliers.
• Assist customers and partners in resolving issues related to website navigation, provisioning, and platform registration.
• Manage multiple urgent situations, prioritize effectively, and implement technical solutions.
• Coordinate customer-centric solutions with other departments.
• Propose process enhancements to optimize the customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of training content for Cumulus and CPS transfer procedures.
• Support the sales team in achieving their objectives.
• Complete follow-up records, conduct contract audits, and handle administrative responsibilities.
• Perform additional related tasks as dictated by job evolution and departmental needs.
• Collegial degree in Administration, Marketing, IT, or relevant work experience.
• High sense of urgency in task execution.
• Organized and efficient with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize requests based on importance.
• Strong understanding of Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Cumulus.
• Familiarity with various Microsoft partner programs.
• Knowledge of PowerShell is considered an asset.
