Employer Solutions Systems and Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Influence the operational framework of the go-to-market organization through process and technology.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to gain insights into current operational processes.

• Discover opportunities for enhancing processes and technology.

• Convert business requirements into system specifications.

• Design scalable solutions for the future state.

• Facilitate and oversee CRM enhancements, CPQ advancements, workflow automation, system integrations, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

• Lead the exploration, documentation, and refinement of intricate end-to-end go-to-market processes.

• Assess how processes, platforms, data, and integrations interact within the go-to-market technology ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, Business Analysts, and technical delivery teams.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Create process maps, capability requirements, solution documentation, and decision-making frameworks.

• Ensure that requirements and implementation choices are aligned with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, business process enhancement, go-to-market technology, systems integration, technology consulting, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in analyzing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, data flows, and systems architecture concepts.

• Experience operating within the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with CRM data models, automation, integrations, and related go-to-market platforms.

• Experience in leading complex technology implementations or transformation initiatives that involve multiple business and technical teams.

• Capability to bridge the gap between business and technical audiences while constructively challenging business requirements and proposed technical solutions.

• A keen interest in AI and emerging enterprise technology and its applications in addressing business challenges.

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
